One Spray Away From Perfection

It has only been a few days of the photography class and so far it has been very interesting.  In class, we learned how to take a picture using various photographic techniques and elements. On the first day of class, I was inspired by the different types of photographs taken by students in previous years. While we were on assignment, I took an adventure throughout the school searching for the perfect picture. I stumbled across a hose right outside the HAB gym and I decided to take the picture. I realized that the hose would look better if I took the picture from an atypical point of view, which is known as an unusual point of view. After finding the perfect angle to take the picture, I also realized I needed to position the hose a certain way. I decided to position the hose on one of the thirds by using the rule of thirds element. As a result of my quick planning, I managed to convert a simple picture of a hose into a masterpiece.

  2. The way you positioned the hose is very interesting because it makes it seem like if it's about to spray water on you.
